What essential oils do you use? Primarily we use dōTERRA essential oils.
What is the shelf life of your products? Use within 6 months of opening. For optimal shelf life please keep your products in a cool space out of heat and direct sunlight.
What ingredients do you use? We source find ingredients that are 100% natural. Vast majority of our main ingredients are organic. We never use parabens, dyes, synthetic fragrances, or unnatural preservatives.
Do any of your products contain nut oils? Yes some of our body products contain nut oils. If you are unsure please contact us at email@example.com
Are all your products vegan? Yes, all but one! Our powder to paste Face Mask - Glow contains silk powder.
Do you do custom orders? Absolutely! Drop us an email - firstname.lastname@example.org We are more than happy to work with you on creating something special.
What is the timeframe for custom orders? Please allow 3 - 4 weeks for custom orders.

Do you have a minimum wholesale order? Yes, typically its a minimum of $200.00. We are a BIG believer in supporting small business so we are happy to discuss and work with you on potential orders/arrangements.
Where do you post too? Currently within Australia
When will my order be posted? All orders are posted within 1-2 business days. As soon as the order is posted, you'll receive a shipment notification with a tracking number.
What are the postage options? We use Australia Post standard. If you need your order in a hurry please send us a message, we are more than happy to facilitate express postage.
Exchange & Returns
What is your exchange policy? Please choose carefully as we do not offer exchanges or returns if you have changed your mind.

My products arrived broken/damaged. Each order checked and packed with care. Occasionally items may be damaged during delivery. We are happy to send a replacement. However a photograph as proof of damage/defect is required within 48 hours of delivery.
